Physical Description: Ronnie is a fair 6'3" and has a lean, muscular build. He works out often so he's strong and has little body fat. His hair is blonde and often short, he doesn't like more facial hair than eyebrows, and his light blue eyes and soft features give him a fairly young appearance. He enjoys wearing casual clothes, especially tank tops and shorts, enjoying the freedom of movement and being resistant to the cold. He doesn't pay much attention to his appearance normally, certainly not more than showering regularly and brush his teeth, and often when not on duty hasn't even bothered to brush his hair or make sure his socks match.

Personality: Ronnie is jovial and easy going, and often considered lazy. When times are good he's fairly inactive and un-driven, preferring to take life at a slow and relaxed pace. Not needing too many material goods to feel comfortable, he doesn't seek advancements in work and is the opposite of a career man. When times are tough, however, the inactive man kicks into gear, doing what he needs to do to get by. Not experienced with stress or trauma, his initial reaction to most stressful and hopeless situations is a pessimistic and desperate one. However, given a bit of time to stand back and analyze the happenings, Ronnie generally pulls himself out of his self pity and does his best to right the situation, or at least improve it. In most cases he is able to grow into the rolls he's needed for while retaining his goofy and optimistic personality. Because he has little care for consequence or others' opinions, Ronnie rarely lies to anybody about anything, trusting that he has enough faith in his actions to not regret any of them. Also, to this end, he feels very loyal to people who he believes in, and is more than willing to speak up for his friends when they need his help.

History: Born and raised in Nashua, Ronnie enjoyed an athletic career in football through middle and high school, which put him in the habit of eating large and working out often to maintain a strong body. He passed easily through high school because of his athleticism and earned scholarships to go to the state college his parents had selected from him. Like most freshmen, especially those who'd been popular with the "in crowd" in high school, Ronnie initially enjoyed a year of alcohol, parties, and girls when he went out. The second year, however, his grades were bad enough to get him expelled, and once he was set to work, able to scrape by once he put the effort into his schooling.

His resolve, however, faded as school went on and he was unable to decide on a major. No desk job seemed interesting enough for him. As a result he dropped out of college, initially thinking he might be returning, but abandoning the idea of going back to college as he drifted from job to job, searching for something active that let him work outdoors and something that didn't follow him home. Eventually he set his sights on becoming a cop, but when he was rejected from the police academy two times in a row he turned to a job opportunity that seemed almost too good to be true. Going to work on the cruise ship that had the whole world excited seemed like an opportunity that not only payed well, but could jump start his police or security career and be a shiny gold star on his resume.

Special Skills/Abilities: Very athletic and dexterous due to his high school career as a running back. Also, having a father in the police force who trained him to hunt and shoot, his aim it dead on and ability with firearms comfortable.

Personal Weaknesses: Ronnie's always had almost and overly carefree and uninspired existence. Beyond wanting a small house, a gaming station, and a decent set of weights, he really feels no desire for any advancement, no will to reach for more. He drinks excessively when he has access to the stuff, his favorite alcohol being whiskey, getting drunk mostly out of habit from partying excessively in his spare time. Also, when it comes to managing money and time he utterly fails. Rarely on time for anything he frequently finds himself in trouble with bosses, friends, family, and the bank. In addition to his bad judgement about money, booze, and time, he faces the mental challenges most young men have when he comes in contact with tight or small clothing, especially short skirts. He frequently has trouble with scholarly pursuits, his grades in high school and college being that which kept him out of the police academy, and has a minor and undiagnosed learning disorder, dyslexia, which makes reading and retaining read information extremely difficult for him.

Personal Strengths: A quick learner and, when motivated, determined young man, Ronnie's able to pull himself up to almost any level that's required of him. He's active and smooth, and in most cases practical and in possession of a keen moral compass and sensibility that serves him well when his surroundings begin to no longer make sense. Ronnie may not be great at school, but when it comes to hands on learning and on the spot training, few are faster or more confident than he is.

Family: Alone on board the ship, Ronnie leaves behind a former military man and police officer father who instilled a deep moral compass and desire for self reliance in his son, and an overprotective and encouraging mother who wishes both of the men in her life would leave their jobs in favor of safer, more predictable work. He also has a younger sister named Rose who he considers to be one of the sweetest, best girls on the East coast, and of whom he is deeply protective and affectionate.
